The Tasmanian Land Conservancy (TLC) and the surrounding community of committed neighbours have successfully protected 322 hectares of land at Daisy Dell.
YOU’RE INVITED TO CELEBRATE DAISY DELL RESERVE
Daisy Dell will become the TLC’s newest Reserve, home to a variety of nationally threatened plants and animals, including the grassland paperdaisy, eastern quoll, spotted-tailed quoll and Tasmanian devil.
Please join us with the community of neighbours and friends, to celebrate the protection of Daisy Dell Reserve for generations to come.
Launceston’s Design Tasmania Centre will play host to our celebrations. Corner of Brisbane and Tamar Streets.
Please arrive at or after 6.00 pm Friday 29 September. Celebrations will continue until around 9.00 pm.
About the event
The celebration will feature special guest speakers. A generous, complimentary selection of warm and cold finger food will be served. There will be options for all dietary requirements. A fine range of Devils Corner wines, beer, non-alcoholic punch and still water will be available for a gold coin donation per drink. Donations will be gratefully received on the night should you wish to further support the TLC.
This event will be popular and spaces are limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.
