Has physically collapsed twice, once prior to deportation attempt (no notification, thus no reason for leverage)
Cannot support any weight on his left leg

Location: Bomana jail, PNG; no charges against him.
Misc: Red Cross denied access to him. Allegations that Australian member of DIBP paid doctor $100AUD to sign ‘fit to fly’ certificate
