Good evening Geoffrey,
Please excuse my tardiness for not responding sooner. I have not been avoiding you, it has just been incredibly busy here the past four weeks.
Traditionally the rule of thumb I have been taught the past twelve months is to keep the minutes succinct, flowing and generally short and sharp whilst keeping the context. Public question time is usually recorded as a couple of sentences but no more than a paragraph or so (certainly not photos etc in this section of the minutes).
As you are aware, the minutes and indeed the meetings themselves have changed significantly since Adriana has commenced.
As such, Adriana is happy for me to amend the minutes to reflect your full question about the Russell River. Once this is confirmed at tomorrow evening’s meeting the minutes on the website will be updated (I will email you once done to advise).
Your question regarding the Page Seager report will be addressed tomorrow night.
I will also be getting back to you tomorrow regarding your ‘candid observations’.
Once again, I apologise for the lateness in responding to your email.
See you tomorrow evening.
Regards,
XXX
Hello XXX
I have been hoping to hear sooner to my emails – especially keen to have an acknowledgement the minutes will be changed before the next meeting to properly reflect my question about the Russell River. Do I also assume the answer to my questions about the Page Seager report will be advised at the next March 29th meeting or might I receive a response before the meeting?
It is now going on three weeks since I first made contact.
Kind regards,
Geoffrey Swan
Lonnavale
