As a paying customer of the Mercury On-line edition, and logged in, why am I still hitting my head on your paywall?

I am able to access the on-line version of the paper edition.

I have not heard from anyone.

I did receive a link to a website to rate the service associated with dealing with this criminal activity.

What could I offer but a ZILCH rating.

Should I bring this matter to the attention of higher authority and other media.

Suggestions, anyone???????
