The matter of Minister Administering the Resources Development Act 1995 v Tarkine National Coalition Inc. has been listed for judgement on Friday 26th August 2016 at 12:00 pm.

The case relates to an appeal by the Minister against the decision of Justice Wood in March 2016 requiring the Minister to furnish Tarkine National Coalition (Save the Tarkine) with statements of reasons for the decisions to grant mining leases to Venture Minerals at Livingstone and Mt Lindsay in the Tarkine.
