Federal Court decision on Riley Creek approval due Monday
Save the Tarkine has been notified that the Justice Jessop will hand down the full court decision in the appeal against the Riley Creek mine approval, on Monday morning.
Judgment will be delivered administratively, and no appearances are required in Court.
Save the Tarkine will make a public statement after this decision has been received.
