And the ABC report here: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-05-11/four-people-of-interest-in-lucille-butterworth-disappearance/6459474

Coroner Cooper outlined the provisions under the Tasmanian Coroners Act 1995 that were relevant to this matter. He indicated that there had been a major re-investigation of the case in 2010/2011. He stated that in November 2011 there had been a report of death to the Coroner formally made. (One wonders why it took 42 years to make a formal report to the Coroner??).

The matter had been allocated to him in January 2012(?).

Coroner Cooper stated that the only reasonable conclusion open in his view was that Ms Butterworth was dead. He also found that homicide is the most likely cause of death.
