Bryan Green’s echo of Kim Booth’s call for an inquiry into Forestry Tasmania shows Labor is still wedded to the Greens.

As the Treasurer clearly said, we don’t envisage selling the land. That position hasn’t changed.

We have a Plan to put the industry onto a long-term, sustainable pathway and we are consulting with stakeholders over the coming months about the changes.

In contrast, Bryan Green’s only plan is to keep subsidising Forestry Tasmania but he won’t say where he’ll make the cuts to find the funding.
