The IGA Retail Network consists of 85 independently owned and
operated businesses which cover the length and breadth of Tasmania.
The network competes against the chain supermarkets who control
85% of the market. Despite IGA’s small market share, we provide a
viable and competitive alternative, with a strong focus on customer
needs, and always supporting the local community wherever possible.
In the last 5 years alone, IGA, via its community support program, has
donated in excess of $1M to a variety of charitable, community and
sporting associations in Tasmania.
Our network is local and proud, and its operators look forward to
servicing their customer needs both now and into the future.
