For those of you who do not know ‘Gizmag’ it is a cutting edge introduction of new technology ( Here ).
Some of it is bizarre and some on the possible edge…others on the impossible. Nevertheless, Gizmag has once more shown an invention which politicians are already … and unknowingly using.
It is the, “Tell them something and do something else and before you know it they will believe” invention.
I speak of the battery hen dilemma.
Most everyone dislikes and even hates battery hen farming.
Some very clever inventor has done it for the humble egg chook.
This following invention is exactly what the present government is doing: trying to get all of us chooks to think that what they are doing to us ‘body of voting chooks’ is to see what they want us to see but not see the reality of what the government is doing:
1. co-payments to doctors is good for science,
2. making students pay more for university will make the nation smarter,
3. taking away unemployment benefits will make people work harder.
The list is endless for us as the magic from Abbott-Hockey-Pyne knows no bounds.
