“Tony Abbott is displaying incredible arrogance by saying he’s not willing to form minority government if the Australian people don’t deliver what he wants,” Greens Leader Senator Christine Milne said.

“If the Australian people choose not to give one political party all the power, Abbott says he won’t work with other parties or independents to form government.

“Tony Abbott is admitting that he doesn’t have the skills to work cooperatively. He can only operate in the old style of back room deals and a parliamentary rubber stamp.

“Given Tony Abbott’s attitude is majority or nothing, the best way to stop an Abbott government is to vote Green.”
