The Tasmanian Beef Trust wants to hear from people who are developing projects that will benefit the beef industry in this state and who are looking for financial assistance.
The Tasmanian Beef Industry (Research & Development) Trust, commonly called the Beef Trust, promotes research into aspects of the production, processing, storage, transport or marketing of beef or cattle and the publication and dissemination of that research.
Previous research that the trust has sponsored includes niche marketing of Tasmanian beef in the Melbourne and Sydney markets, beef profitability on King and Flinders islands, an assessment of fat depth meters and several analyses of roundworm control.
