‘Grand Purl Baa’ and knitter extraordinaire, Loani Prior will be at Fullers Bookshop in Hobart with her collection of tea cosies on Tuesday, May 8th at 5.30pm.
Fullers, whose weekly knitting group ‘Kniterature’ regularly welcomes a group of more than twenty knitters to the Afterword Cafe on a Wednesday evening, is looking forward to hosting Loani for the second time.
Fullers staff especially hope for a repeat performance of her knitting rap.
With three books under her belt, Loani is on tour to celebrate the launch of her third book, How Tea Cosies Changed the World.
Bring your knitting (or not – Loani is entertaining even without her yarn) and your sense of fun – and come along to hear one of Australia’s most famous knitters.
