I am exhibiting my paintings and prints (with a silent auction) to raise funds for my campaign as Greens candidate for Hobart in the Legislative Council election on May 5th.
The exhibition is to be held on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st April from 3.00pm – 8.00pm, at 221 Elizabeth Street, Hobart (in the large, vacant showroom).
The work on show includes pieces I have produced over the past ten years. The paintings comprise three main themes – Nature/nuture, Abstraction and War . I have always been drawn to the human figure and so most of the work refers directly or indirectly to it. The prints are mainly screen prints and are portraits.
