Has the contract been signed?

Three months ago Tasmanian Times asked this question: Contracts signed to turn forests into pellets: Is this true?

It seems this is one of Forestry Tasmania’s grand visions for the future … judging by recent comments by its chief Bob Gordon and these comments (New innovation plan to take advantage of market changes) which includes the statement: :.. and renewable energy in the form of torrefied wood and wood pellets”.

So the question remains: Has Forestry Tasmania signed a contract with Austrian-based pulping/power generation expert Andritz to provide their machinery to turn Tasmanian native forest into pellets?
