Case dismissed!

I am delighted to be able to inform you that Tuesday 23rd August MMG finally got me dragged before the Burnie Court to answer the charges of trespass and indeed assault.

The Magistrate’s words are still ringing in my ears: “Go Home Mrs Davis You have no case to answer.”

    Dear Emma & David.
    Thank you for your comments.
I shall be delighted to offer TT all of my information regarding MMG Toxic tests carried out of my property in 2010.

Yes my husband, now 73 years, was hoodwinked into
donating our property to MMG Mines Rosebery, as pre Xmas 2009, all residents received letter of
Introduction to the New Manager of MMG Mines.

In this letter, all Residents were informed that
MMG Staff Human relation’s Manager & The Mine
Manager would be available at all times.

It is common for many rosebery Residents to complain of Diareah & vomiting, as we saw over the past 10 years from Dec 2000 when we arrived.
We also suffered such ailments and yet when we left Rosebery our health has improved remarkably.
As the slater & gordon solicitor at a Community Meeting re toxic metals stated, not all get sick.
My husband & I did get sick. My 2 little dogs got sick….little Wombat died after a 19 day,
undiagnosed condition. I made a DVD of his last days. This is what I was delivering to MMG MINes
    12-10-10
If anyone wants my information re tests.
feel free to send a letter to
    Janet Davis
PO BOX 6029 West Gosford 2250.
Indeed rosebery is a place we adored.
    We loved the humble folk.
It is now for others to fight the good fight and get rid of these characters who use threats and
    victimization to quieten the towwn.
Hush Hush others….. fight via parliament…
DO NOT GO TO THE MINES.

    Congratulations Janet,

Were you one of the people who consented to MMG taking toxic metal samples from your home?

Are you able to share the results of these tests with TT readers?
