Below to download re two spreadsheets that contain data collected from www.myschool.edu.au on the schools that have been earmarked for closure in Tasmania.
One is straight data collected and lists the schools that have been notified for closure and some alternate schools that have been suggested for accepting the closed schools.
The second is data from the first, reorganised to cover the possible joint school arrangements for the North and North West as suggested by The Examiner.
These could help various groups in submitting their alternate proposals and analysing the data and alternatives.
It is suggested that the total of Federal and State governments be used if comparing total costs.
The myschool.edu.au total costs include parent fees and private contributions. Some schools have achieved great contributions towards the operational costs and may be penalised for having done so.
