Smart Map Tasmania
Recognising Tasmania’s vibrant arts scene as a major drawcard for interstate and international visitors, arts@work has developed smart map tasmania, an interactive mapping website which assists you to design your own arts journey across our creative island.
Launched in October 2010, smart map tasmania enables arts enthusiasts to access up‐to‐date information on over 100 of Tasmania’s best arts experiences, as well as customise their own arts itinerary to enjoy during their stay. Comprehensive and easy to navigate, smart map tasmania allows you to conduct searches based on region, arts sector and artform including Craft and Design, Literature, Museums and Collections, Music, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Aboriginal Art and Craft. With just the click of a button, search results are displayed as both pinpointed locations on a Google style map and a convenient text listing.
