Bazza and Macca from Bazza and Macca’s real-good you-beaut true-blue Aussie rock quiz takes on role of band manager for The Muddy Turds

Bazza and Macca, from Bazza and Macca’s real-good you-beaut true-blue Aussie rock quiz, has added another string to his bow, by taking on the role of band manager for local band, The Muddy Turds. The Turds are in the process of coming out of a five month hibernation, with a new lineup and new material to impart a summer of mayhem to unsuspecting fans.

Bazza and Macca, who is a huge hit with his Monday breakfast time radio show, Bazza and Macca’s real-good you-beaut true-blue Aussie rock quiz on Edge Radio, will be exceptionally busy, given The Muddy Turds are known to play all around Tasmania and tour interstate regularly.

When asked about how he will find time to undertake this project he replied:

“I am just so excited about this, it’s going to be absolutely ripper, and bonza, really massive double bonza. I am just so pumped!
I might try to book a gig for them, or something, but really they know how to do this more than I do, and I won’t be attending any of their gigs, because my girlfriend Crystal has me under the finger so I have to hang around with her while she sits on the couch all day eating chocolate biscuits.
But the point is that they are people that are going out and doing stuff, and that’s what really gets me excited. It’s great to know that there are people out there who are going out and doing stuff.”

Each week Bazza and Macca have a special guest on Bazza and Macca’s real-good you-beaut true-blue Aussie rock quiz of the theme ‘people who go out and do stuff’, to help motivate people to get off the couch and ‘do stuff’.

Bazza and Macca from Bazza and Macca’s real-good you-beaut true-blue Aussie rock quiz has not ruled out managing other local, interstate or international acts. It is understood that he is considering approaching other local bands The Superkunts, NowyourefuckeD and The Dumps simply based on the fact that they have equally catchy band names.

Bazza and Macca’s real-good you-beaut true-blue Aussie rock quiz is on every Monday morning 7-10am on Edge Radio.

The Muddy Turds will be performing the following gigs in November:

Fri 5th – Hobart at The Alley Cat, with Tomas Ford (WA) and Euphemiser
Thurs 18th – Devonport at Spurs Saloon, with White Knuckle Fever (NSW)
Fri 19th – Launceston at The Hub, with White Knuckle Fever (NSW) and local support
Sat 20th – Hobart at The Alley Cat, with White Knuckle fever (NSW) and The Sin & Tonics

Tomas Ford is the most insane and intense performer ever. This is a fact.
White Knuckle Fever feature Celia Curtis from Circus Bizarre and 3 K Short from Machine Gun Fellatio. This is also a fact.
