EMRS Poll – Looking good for Labor
The Sunday Examiner Newspaper commissioned local polling outfit EMRS to undertake a state-wide poll of voting intentions for this Saturday’s federal election.
EMRS (as is their usual practice) polled 200 voters in each electorate, giving a state sample of 1000. The poll was undertaken late last week, between Wednesday 11 August and Friday 13 August. There is limited coverage of the headline figures on the Examiner website, and nothing on the EMRS site. If you want the full results, then you need to buy a hard edition of the Sunday Ex.
Fortunately, I was able to get my hands on a copy.
First to the state wide outcomes. The table shows the EMRS primary vote (7% undecided excluded) compared with the 2007 federal election and the March 2010 state election.
