Now is the time to put a referendum to the population of Tasmania on the subject of the proposed Gunns Ltd Tamar Valley Pulp Mill to be decided once and for all. This is the only way to gain true social licence, one way or the other.

I have even given you the wording for the referendum as follows:

“Dear Tasmanian citizen,
Do you support the currently proposed Gunns Ltd Tamar Valley Pulp Mill?

YES or NO?”
