UPDATE 5:30pm: THE future of Tasmania’s Parliament has been left hanging after a series of vice-regal meetings Today.
A short time ago Governor Peter Underwood issued a statement saying he had met caretaker Premier David Bartlett and Opposition leader Will Hodgman today but was not yet in a position to make a decision about a future leader.
His press secretary Anne Parker said in those circumstances it is inappropriate for him to make any comment.
