GREEN Paul O’Halloran has just been declared winner of the final Braddon seat; defeating incumbent Liberal Brett Whiteley by 1172 votes.
The result confirms both major parties with 10 seats and the Greens five.
Premier David Bartlett visited the Governor this morning but a spokesman says no formal advice was given.
