Does anyone know why hundreds of thousands of dollars are being spent on steel railing to corridor the midlands highway

Is this so the Liberals can’t ever make 4 lanes. Or so you can’t pull over anywhere, or just an exersize in danger, cars are

always coming off the roads up here, now you will have them in your lane on the wrong side of the road. there will be no escape when some idiot overtakes in the wrong place, a daily event on this highway. The amazing thing is we still have all the holes and bad tar. WHO is responsible for FUNDING this unnessesary and unwanted corridor of certain death, when we still don’t have the basics.
