Readers, have a look at the policewoman’s face.
She is in a dilemma, we too are similarly caught.
I quote Don Davey:
“It’s funny how we react, at one stage when it appeared that there may have been a rush of many into the school grounds, the only plod was his tiny little female officer who did her job with great determination regardless of the concern which was obvious on her face!
Never-the-less she tackled each and every interloper and firmly escorted them back out with such bravery I almost forgot why I was there and was tempted to give her a hand.
I doubt she was over 18 or nineteen and as she was such a little thing , was surprised at her being in the force, as I was of the opinion that there was a height requirement, having said, well done to that plucky young girl and some brickbats for those who left her in that position.
Then ! on the other hand perhaps it was planned that way with the thought that most of us being law abiding citizens would react in that way in the face of her grim but firm stance. d.d. ”
