WITH health battles forcing Michael Hodgman to step down as shadow attorney-general, his son has jumped to his defence. LIBERAL leader Will Hodgman has fiercely warned off anyone who holds his father and political colleague Michael’s ailing health against him. It comes as the 70-year-old bravely admitted his decade-long battle with the chronic lung disease emphysema was the reason he had decided to hand over his coveted role as Opposition spokesman on legal matters.
