It is hard to see how the ‘protests’ by timber workers outside ANZ would in any way assist Gunns get financing. They look like the protests of a dying industry prior to a painful rebirth, reminiscent of General Motors, British coal miners and pre-industrial hand weavers. Read more, Comment here
