What: The court case taken by 3 Tamar Valley businesses and Tasmania’s peak environment body against the Tasmanian government in relation to the Pulp Mill assessment will be heard in the Supreme Court tomorrow, 1st of April 2009, starting from 10am. The applicants are challenging the Tasmanian government’s refusal to give reasons in relation to the Tasmanian pulp mill permits.
