Now you can add another failure to Tasmania’s Justice Department: Choice magazine says Consumer Affairs is “…below standard”. Choice spokesman Christopher Zinn says statutory consumer bodies are essential to ensure the community is treated fairly. He says the situation isn’t dire in Tasmania, but significant changes are needed to improve the state’s rating.
