Mr Webb took the opportunity to discuss the pulp mill with the Prime Minister. “I just don’t think Beauty Point sort of needs that, the industry right there, I mean there’s a lot more better places to put it and there’s a lot more unemployment in different areas that could well do with it,” Mr Webb said. His views were echoed by protesters, who waved placards and called for an end to federal support for the mill. But Mr Russell was quick to disagree. “It just goes to show Brant and I still don’t have anything in common because I’d like to see the pulp mill go ahead,” Mr Russell said. Read more here
