Dealing for the Hobart waterfront

A TOURISM consortium led by Federal Hotels has won the right to build a new ferry-hotel complex on Hobart’s prime waterfront. Premier David Bartlett yesterday announced Hunter Developments had been selected six weeks ago by the Government as the preferred developer of Brooke Street Pier ferry terminal. The Government chose the winning tenderer on Monday, May 26, the same day former premier Paul Lennon resigned. Read more here
