HOW delicious … it appears that the champion of all things development, particularly the pulp mill – TCCI boss Damon Thomas – is among those desperately opposed to developing in his own backyard. As a member of Save Precinct 33 he is loudly applauding Hobart City Council’s decision to knock back units at Lower Sandy Bay: Council knocks back waterfront housing plan
Particularly delicious are Save Precinct 33 spokesperson Sue Carter’s comments: ”Allowing the proposal would make other developers feel they can do what they want, without considering the effects on other residents or the environment.”
