STATE Liberal leader Will Hodgman has been savaged by gambling and tourism giant Federal Hotels in a blistering political attack led by one of the party’s own heavyweights. In an extraordinary step into the political arena, Federal Hotels corporate affairs manager Brendan Blomeley slammed Mr Hodgman’s judgment. “The irresponsible actions of the State Liberals seriously call into question their capacity to be genuinely considered capable of governing Tasmania,” said Mr Blomeley, a powerful backroom player for the Liberals.
