The forum has been organised by Environment Tasmania, and will be facilitated by Dr Peter Hay, from the School of Geography & Environmental Studies. “With the pulp mill debate far from over, this forum is an excellent opportunity for the public to hear the views of key politicians about the pulp mill, and to also hear from a panel of experts on the real and potential implications of the pulp mill, if it were to go ahead,” said Dr Phill Pullinger, Convenor of Environment Tasmania.
Environment Tasmania is Tasmania’s conservation council, representing more than 20 environment and conservation groups from across the state – with a collective membership of more than 5000 Tasmanians.
