… Inspired by the Premier’s decision to thoroughly make over himself and his leadership team ( The New Tasmania ) the Brains Trust of Tasmanian Times — Katie the Dog, Thomas and the Editor — is continuing its slow process of an extensive makeover.
Unlike the Department of Premier and Cabinet with access to some millions of taxpayers’ funds, this is being done on the thoroughly trashed TT shiraz account, which is currently running at a deficit.
We have returned to a two-column format, separated comments’ strings from the articles, and advertising — the first being for Wesley Hindmarch, Architect: Here — is invited at a standard size of 150px by 150px and a standard rate of $250 (3 months), $400 (6 months), $750 (12 months); period negotiable, naturally.
Features planned include easy links to the best psephology sites, including Antony Green’s Election Guide and The Poll Bludger, eating and drinking, and a greatly expanded breaking news/commentators’ portal.
There are now two special Hot Buttons for the Federal and Local Government polls (see main page).
