What is the truth?

Since the advert must be the truth, Jaakko Poyry must be wrong. But aren’t Jaakko Poyry the mill designers?? Doesn’t the pulp mill only need Australian salt?? Do advertising standards apply these statements?? There are so many questions… Take the first sentence of this advert that tells us The Facts: ‘The Bell Bay Pulp Mill is designed to comply with the world’s most stringent Emission Guidelines…’ You could have so much fun pulling that one apart.
