Open letter to Paul Lennon
Peter Cover
To date I have received no reply to my open letter to Julian Green, even though he has had over three weeks to consider its import.
In my letter RPDC10602 I expressed the opinion that I doubted that the Commissioners had even read any of the material I had submitted to them. Perhaps this policy has included not reading my open letter. I request that you make a direction to the RPDC to fulfil their charter and consider all relevant evidence tendered by myself and other members of the public.

Open letter to
The Hon Paul Lennon
Premier of Tasmania
I refer to your copy of my open letter to Julian Green, Commissioner RPDC in which I put the case that the RPDC were out of line in denying my right to be heard at their Directions Hearing.
I believe my evidence to be extremely significant to the outcomes, directions, decisions and statements which will come from that hearing. i.e. Vital information not presented to date.
The charter of the RPDC requires that all relevant evidence must be considered. This must of necessity include submissions from all interested parties.

I am sure that a project of State Significance requires prompt action, especially on matters which could invalidate RPDC decisions or leave them open to a legal challenge.
I wait in the hope that my evidence of relevance to the RPDC directions in regard to the Gunns’ Draft IIS will be duly considered.
What must we, the interested parties, do to be heard?
Yours faithfully,
Peter Cover
