This CD features 16 original new songs & music composed and played by 10 people living with mental illnesses; calling themselves The Brainstormers, with the help of Tasmanian professional musicians Mathew Fargher and Eleanor Tucker.
The music on this fantastic CD includes Russian drinking songs, psychedelica, country, blues, beautiful lullabys, instrumentals and full on rock and roll. It reflects a spirit of sharing, humour, tolerance and friendship gained through collective experience of hardship. It’s really moving, joyous, and eclectic.
