Mr Hodgman, we are completely disgusted and absolutely blown away by the decision of Magistrate Tamara Jago to sentence Joshua Jeffrey to 49 hours of Community Service (and costs of AU$82.15) for his “callous act” against “vulnerable penguins” when he bludgeoned to death 6 of these tiny defenseless creatures at Sulphur Creek in Tasmania in 2016 …
