New footage has emerged of a police car hitting an Indigenous teenager.

In an eyewitness video of the incident, which took place in the Perth suburb of Thornlie on Sunday, a white, unmarked police vehicle swerves across the road into William Farmer, 19, knocking him onto the footpath. The footage then shows officers rolling Farmer onto his side as he convulses on the ground.
