United States president Donald Trump has pulled the US out of its nuclear accord with Iran.

Speaking from the White House, Trump said the US would reimpose “the highest level” of sanctions against Iran, saying “it is clear to me that we cannot prevent an Iranian nuclear bomb under the decaying and rotten structure of the current agreement”. The 2015 deal, brokered between Iran, the United Nations and other countries by the Obama administration, allowed Iran to reintegrate into the world economy in exchange for halting its nuclear weapons program …
