• A minor flood warning for the North Esk River continues this afternoon as minor flooding occurs along the lower North Esk River near Corra Linn.
• The North Esk River level at Corra Linn peaked at around three (3) metres by 6am this morning and remains steady this afternoon around this level.
• The river level at Corra Linn is expected to fall below the minor flood level (2.7 metres) by Tuesday morning.
• The St Patricks River and the upper North Esk River have also risen since Sunday night but remain steady below minor river flooding levels. Snow melt is expected to maintain high river levels into Tuesday.
• In the 48 hours to 9am Monday, rainfall totals of 15-45mm were recorded in northern parts of the state and higher totals of 65mm at Mt Victoria.
• Up to 5mm of additional rain fell in northern parts of the state up to 4pm today.
• A cold front on Thursday and a series of troughs on Friday may bring showers to the state again later this week.
