On Remembrance Day we remember those who have died or suffered in war, armed conflicts and peace operations.

We pay tribute to all the men and women who have served our country and who have sacrificed so much.

Today Tasmanians will reflect on all those who have fought for this country and their families.

The effects of war are vast and we must reflect on those who return with the memories of war and it’s devastating consequences.

The Australian people will forever be indebted to the families of war who have given so much.
