The National Australia Bank’s Monthly Business Survey for July, released today, shows the Tasmanian economy is improving under the Liberal Government.

Business conditions have improved and remained the highest in the nation since the March Election.

This has supported business confidence in Tasmania, which the NAB Survey shows has grown at the second fastest rate in the nation.

These are further positive signs for Tasmania following recent increases in building approvals, retail growth and investment and is backed up by the creation of nearly 2,000 jobs since the election.

The Liberal Government is laying the foundations for the future and today’s figures show our long term plan for the future of Tasmania is already working.
