I am very concerned about the long term implications of the Federal Budget on Tasmania, particularly on health and education funding.

I stand by our long-held position; we do not support any change to the GST.

I look forward to continuing to work cooperatively with my fellow First Ministers at Sunday’s meeting in Sydney, to ensure we get the best deal for Tasmania.
