Save the Tarkine has expressed disappointment with the decision handed down today by Justice Tracey in the Riley Creek Judicial Review. The decision has been handed down in a lengthy ruling, and Save the Tarkine’s lawyers are reviewing the decision for grounds for possible appeal.

“This fight is not over, we will continue our campaign to defend the Tarkine from the destructive impact of new mines”, said Save the Tarkine Campaign Coordinator, Scott Jordan.
