Tasmania’s Director of Public Prosecutions Tim Ellis will be charged by summons in connection with a car crash which killed a woman on the Midland highway.
Crash investigators have finished their investigation into the three car crash in March, involving the Director of Public Prosecutions Tim Ellis.
They have issued a statement saying a 58-year-old Mt Stuart man will be charged by summons with causing death by negligent driving.
27 year old Natalia Pearn from Launceston died when her car crashed head-on with a Mercedes being driven by Mr Ellis on the Midland Highway at Lovely Banks.
