The initiation said come to Helen’s (Hutchinson) 70th.
I was one of the last guests to arrive, but just in time to hear Neil announce, “We are going to get married.”
No one knew, not their children, not their friends, not even Helen’s 94 year old mother.
Helen asked me if I would be a witness.
I was thrilled…what an honour.
There is a clear message in these photos (that I was still taking way past midnight on my $99 point & shoot camera) that these two dear people are much loved by their friends and family and have found great joy and happiness with each other.
