Edge Radio is all set to launch its newest addition to the Winter Schedule on
Wednesday July 27.
‘The Flip Side’ will see high prolife Tasmanian politicians, leaders and community
representatives taking over the airwaves. They’ll be showcasing their favourite music
and explaining how music fits into their lives.
The pilot episode will feature the Tasmanian Premier Lara Giddings. This is a rare
opportunity to learn about some of The Premier’s favourite music, how she came to
find her most cherished tracks, and which artists make her swoon.
“Sharing your favourite music on radio is both exciting and daunting, as you let
people have some insight into your own tastes. I hope you enjoy my choices in the
inaugural show, and I wish Edge Radio well as they explore music with other
members of our community too, through this new program,” Ms Giddings said.
