Ongoing litigations against peaceful people of principle, (whether we agree with them or not), by powerful corporations are repugnant to prospective tourists and broadminded Tasmanians.

Call it what you like, but there is terror being inflicted (albeit probably unintentional but in the name of greed) on almost a daily basis by forestry corporations who are aerial spraying chemical drift on innocent people. The sound of the helicopter or light plane coming loaded with chemicals to dump in their vicinity evokes immediate fear, terror, anxiety or stress.

Litigations, unsustainable plantation forestry, systematic farm and job destruction, chemical contaminations and scenic desolation by forestry is actively working against our economy, development, prosperity, tourism, and tourism operators.

Our forestry controlled government is ignoring forestry’s destruction of beautiful and unique tourist assets. Tourism is sustainable, employs three times as many people, offers much better job satisfaction, and generates more than double the economic value of forestry yet it is being sabotaged by forestry.

While genuine Tasmanians want to make Tasmania a pleasant, clean, friendly, environmentally responsible and beautiful place to live and welcome visitors to, the activities forestry appears to be hell bent on wrecking all that.

Meanwhile …
The aerial bombardment of cocktails of toxic chemicals by forestry corporations is causing terror among residents in country areas of Tasmania.

Terror, fear, anger, stress and sickness is occurring among innocent victims and families who are powerless to do anything to protect the air they (and we) breathe; their water, property, stock, environment or health.

We have Australia’s highest occurrences of non-skin cancer. The terror, stress, sickness and fear people in Tasmania are experiencing due to plantation forestry chemical spraying is not without good reason.
